Beginning November 2024, my expanded private practice hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. My new office location is 735 12th St. Arcata, in the Wellness Center building, between G and H Streets (just behind Wildberries).
It is best to schedule 1 to 6 weeks in advance in order to secure your preferred day and time.

48 hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 48 hours advance notice you will be charged a $50 fee for the missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
I understand that stuff happens-- illness, family/household emergencies, etc. In those cases, an emergency waiver may be granted up to twice in a year, beginning with your start date. This is granted on an honor system. Please only use this waiver when it is truly an emergency. Thank you!
